Dimensions of the stretch ceiling
For this project, we installed a Clipso stretch ceiling measuring 440 x 329 cm. The ceiling runs from the entrance of the kitchen to the corner of the wall near the staircase. This layout creates a calm and balanced appearance that fits perfectly with the modern style of the home.
The original ceiling consists of concrete. A stretch ceiling offers a fast and effective way to achieve a smooth and elegant finish without major renovation work.
Fabric colour: 4031 Écume
The customer selected the Clipso fabric in 4031 Écume. This light and subtle colour gives the kitchen a fresh and spacious feel. It complements a wide range of interior styles and creates a calm foundation for the room.
The smooth surface adds a clean and refined look. It also hides small imperfections in the original concrete ceiling, which enhances the overall appearance of the space.
Openings for lighting and ventilation
We integrated several technical features into the stretch ceiling, including:
- 1 light fixture with 2 power cables
- 1 ventilation opening
These elements fit neatly into the ceiling design. As a result, the ceiling maintains its clean appearance while the room keeps its full functionality.
White profiles for a neat finish
For the installation, we used white profiles. One side of the profile remains visible, so a white finish provides the best match with the light-coloured ceiling and the surrounding interior.
The white profiles create a smooth transition between the ceiling and the wall. This detail gives the entire installation a clean and high-quality appearance.
