Acoustic office solution at MTEX Holland
How to set up an office with multiple functions, where conversations take place all day long? Think of meetings with colleagues, international meetings, and appointments with new clients, both over the phone and face-to-face. At MTEX Holland, the office layout was already well designed. Only one important element was still missing: a pleasant acoustic environment.

Our consultant Thomas first mapped out the acoustic comfort of all rooms with an acoustic measurement. Based on these measurements and the wishes of MTEX Holland, he provided targeted advice for the meeting room, office space, consultation room, and canteen. The goal was clear: more calm, better intelligibility, and a pleasant working environment.
What have we done?
In meeting, office, and conference rooms, we installed EASYwood Akupanels as wall-covering acoustic panels in the color Dark Oak. These panels combine a luxurious wood appearance with excellent sound absorption. The materials consist of recycled PET felt and PEFC-certified MDF, and they stylishly fit into various office environments.
In the office space, we added extra acoustic elements:
These elements introduce softer materials into the space. As a result, the walls and elements absorb sound waves more quickly, creating a calmer environment during conversations. Thanks to the modular design, the wall solution fits seamlessly with the interior. The overall feel is tranquil, without compromising on style or character.
