Solutions for industry and construction
Noise pollution occurs in many industrial environments. There are often too high a noise levels, which can damage employees' hearing. In addition, the annoyance caused by reverberation in (large) halls also plays an important role. The cause of this noise can be very different. This can be caused by machines and devices, assembly work and / or employees themselves. Across the board, these acoustic annoyances often lead to great employee dissatisfaction and high absence due to illness.
The advantages of good Noise-insulation
While hearing protection offers a solution to this so-called noise pollution, it is only one of the last steps in a reasonable work environment. This also has the disadvantage that communication at the workplace is much more difficult. In addition, "desired" noises (such as a forklift or an alarm signal) can no longer be heard sufficiently. This can lead to dangerous situations. In many cases, there are targeted ways to tackle precisely these acoustic problems. What exactly is possible has to be assessed depending on the situation and can be very different. Please contact us for on-site acoustic advice.
Acoustic solutions for industry
EASY Noise Control offers a wide range of acoustic products for industrial environments such as factories and workshops.
Commonly used products are:
- Acoustic ceiling elements
- Acoustic baffles
- Acoustic wall panels
Advice, delivery and installation
EASY Noise Control is a full-service provider and can carry out the entire acoustic project for you.
Each project begins with on-site advice. Our acoustic consultant will visit you to assess the situation and discuss possible solutions. Based on this visit, you will receive tailor-made advice in which we paint an honest picture of the improvements we intend to make.
Upon agreement, we can deliver the intended products. Upon request, the acoustic solutions are assembled by our experienced assembly team.
Baffles and ceiling elements
EASY Noise Control does not supply suspended system ceilings, but separate acoustic elements such as baffles and acoustic ceiling panels. Using these separate elements has a number of advantages:
- This makes it possible to install these solutions without sacrificing existing elements such as light pipes, sprinkler systems, overhead cranes, etc.
- An excellent result can be achieved with significantly less material.
- The elements can be assembled quickly and flexibly and can normally be done without emptying the premises.
- Disassembly, for example by your employees or a company, for example during maintenance, is very easy and can be implemented without any problems.
Make machines and vehicles quieter
Solutions for machines, appliances and vehicles
Machines, devices and vehicles are getting quieter due to increasing legal regulations and customer requirements. This is a good development, since combating noises directly at the source prevents a high level of noise pollution.
Acoustic materials are often required to make machines, devices and vehicles quieter. What is needed varies depending on the product and situation. EASY Noise Control advises on existing products and thinks together with you to make them as quiet as possible.
To cut products, we have an extensive machine park, including a special so-called wire cutter. With this "all-rounder" we can do CNC-cuts and mill almost any shape with very small tolerances. Since we do this internally, we can change very quickly if necessary. In addition, we can supply products with different cover layers to protect the material from heat, oil or water, for example.

FireSeal is very characteristic in our range.
FireSeal is a highly fire-resistant polyurethane foam that corresponds to fire class B. It is so fireproof that it can even be used in fire corridors of buildings. This is in contrast to other polyurethane foams, which are still highly flammable despite all types of flame-retardant certificates (FMVSS / UL94).
FireSeal has a specific weight of approx. 90 kg / m3 and is much heavier than other polyurethane foams with a weight of 25 - 30 kg / m3. As a result, it not only absorbs, but also has sound-insulating properties. This is the best and very often searched solution for many machines and only with low additional costs.
How about this?
In most cases, a product is glued into a machine, device, or vehicle. Not every adhesive layer is always equally suitable for both surfaces. Sometimes there are special requests for a top layer; Should the product be removable later or is it a permanent fixation? With our knowledge of various adhesive surfaces, we can in most cases offer a solution that meets your requirements.
