    Privacy-sensitive information or personal data are processed through our webshop. EASY Noise Control B.V. recognises the great importance of carefully handling personal data. We are therefore extremely careful when it comes to processing and securing personal data.

    We comply with the requirements imposed by the privacy legislation during our processing procedure. That means, among other things, that:

    • we mention clearly with which purposes we process personal data. We do so by means of our privacy notice;
    • we limit our collection of personal data to only those personal data needed for legitimate purposes;
    • we first ask for your explicit consent for us to be allowed to process your personal data in cases in which your permission is required;
    • we take appropriate measures to protect your personal data and also require such of third parties processing personal data on our behalf;
    • we respect your right to give you access, to correct or to delete personal data upon your request.

    EASY Noise Control B.V. is the party responsible for data processing. This privacy notice explains which personal data we collect and use and with which purpose. We recommend to carefully read this notice.

    Use of personal data

    When using our webshop, we obtain certain data from you. This may involve personal data. We only store and use the personal data you provided to us directly within the context of the service you requested or of which it is clear upon entering that these data are provided to us in order to be processed.

    We use the following data for the purposes mentioned in this privacy notice:

    • Data regarding your name, address and place of residence Telephone number
    • Invoicing address
    • Email address
    • Payment data
    • IP-address


    You first have to register to access certain parts of our webshop. After the registration, we store the personal data you entered through the user name you selected. We store these data so you don’t have to enter this information every time you visit the webshop and for us to be able to contact you within the context of executing the agreement.

    We will not disclose the data linked to your user name to third parties, unless this is necessary within the context of executing the agreement you conclude with us or if this is required by law. In the event of a suspicion of fraud or abuse of our webshop, we may submit personal data to the competent authorities.

    Handling order

    We use your personal data to handle an order you have placed with us. If needed for the proper handling of your order, we may also submit your personal data to third parties. More information on this subject is given hereafter in this privacy notice.

    Contact form and newsletter

    Our webshop offers the possibility to ask questions by means of a contact form. When completing this contact form, you will be asked to fill in several data in order for us to respond to your question. You are free to choose which data you submit. The data you sent us will be stored for as long as needed in the nature of the form or the content of your email for the full completion and response of your question.

    We offer a newsletter in which we are looking to inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Every newsletter contains a link you can use to unsubscribe. Your email address will only be added to the list of subscriptions with your explicit permission.


    We do not publish your customer data.


    Our webshop shows advertisements.

    Disclosure to third parties

    Your data are expressly not disclosed to third parties. These partners are (partly) located outside the EU. Our webshop includes social media buttons. These buttons are used by the administrators of these services to collect your personal data.


    Our webshop uses cookies. Cookies are also placed through third parties engaged by us.

    When you visit our webshop for the first time, you will be shown a notification in which we explain why we use cookies. Your further use of our webshop is considered by us as your permission for this use of cookies.

    You are free to deactivate cookies through your browser. Keep in mind that, in that case, it may be possible that our website no longer works optimally.

    We have made agreements with third parties placing cookies regarding the use of the cookies and the applications. However, we are unable to fully control what the providers of these applications will be doing with the cookies once they read these out. More information about these applications and the way they handle cookies can be found in the privacy notices of the parties concerned (please note: these may alter regularly).

    Google Analytics

    We use Google Analytics to monitor the way in which visitors use our webshop. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google to agree on the way of handling our data.

    We have not granted permission to Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services and, finally, we have the IP-addresses anonymised.


    We take security measures to limit abuse of and unauthorised access to personal data.

    Retention periods

    The personal data described above are preserved for as long as necessary to handle your orders, including the warranty. We then keep the data for a maximum of one year for the statistical purposes described. The data are then deleted unless there is a legal obligation to preserve the data for a longer period of time (such as the fiscal retention obligation of seven years for payment data).

    Websites of third parties

    This privacy notice does not apply to websites of third parties that are connected with our webshop by means of links. We cannot guarantee that these third parties handle your personal data in a reliable or secure manner. We recommend reading the privacy notice of these websites prior to using these websites.

    Alterations in this privacy notice

    We reserve the right to make alterations to this privacy notice. It is recommended to consult this privacy notice regularly so you are aware of these alterations.

    Access to and alteration of your data

    You are able to contact us at all times through the information provided below should you have any questions with regard to our privacy policy or questions regarding access to and alterations of (or deletion of) your personal data.

    You can also send us a request to consult these data, to alter or to delete these. It is also possible to submit a request for data export of the data we use with your consent or indicate in a substantiated manner that you would like to limit the processing of personal data by us.

    In order to prevent abuse, we will ask you to identify yourself adequately. If it involves access to personal data linked to a cookie, you must send a copy of the cookie concerned. This can be found in the settings of your browser. If the data are incorrect, you can ask us to alter the data or to have these deleted.

    Personal Data Authority

    We are obviously more than happy to assist should you have any complaints about the processing of your personal data. Based on the privacy legislation, you also have the right to lodge a complaint at the Personal Data Authority against this processing of personal data. Please contact the Personal Data Authority to lodge such complaint.
