    Acoustic wall panels

Acoustic wall panels are noise-absorbent and improve the acoustics by reducing resonance in a space. After the ceiling, the wall is the surface most used to apply acoustic solutions. Acoustic wall panels are hanging in plain view and are therefore more aesthetic than acoustic ceiling solutions. This is why we offer you an ample choice in designs.

In addition to the standard collection acoustic wall panels, we are also able to compose a customised product to improve the acoustics.

Different types of acoustic wall panels

You therefore have a wide choice of different designs. Think photo panels, upholstered panels, or an acoustic panel with an embossed or 3D shape. Besides the standard collection of acoustic panels for walls, we can also create a custom-made product. We do this to improve acoustics.

Are you considering acoustic panels for your home or office? The acoustic wall panels price depends on your space. At EASY Noise Control, you will find the largest range of acoustic panels and acoustic wall coverings for improving poor acoustics.

    Which acoustic panel is best?

All acoustic panels in our product range have good sound-absorbing properties. The wall panels with the best acoustic properties are the EASYphoto photo print, EASYultra acoustic wall panel and EASYfabric sound-absorbing wall panels.

In addition to the acoustic values of these acoustic panels, the design determines which solution is best for you. Of course, we are happy to think along with you about which solution is best for you. We can also advise you on this. Read more about this on our page about improving acoustics in buildings.

    Acoustic walls

In addition to acoustic panels and sound-absorbing panels, we also supply complete acoustic walls. Acoustic walls can be constructed with sound absorbing panels. By placing these panels tightly next to each other on the wall, an acoustic wall is created. A frequently used solution for acoustic walls is the EASYphoto Wall – acoustic wall.  With this solution it is possible to provide a complete wall with a very high quality acoustic photo print. The EASYphoto Wall can be provided with a photo or a colour of your choice.

For some applications such as HiFi and Studio it is also possible to create an acoustic wall with acoustic panels. This can be done, for example, with EASYfoam convoluted foam.

Why acoustic panels on the wall?

Hard materials are increasingly being used both in business buildings and at home. This creates an annoying reverberation. To counteract this reverberation, sound-absorbing panels must be installed. These acoustic panels come in many shapes and sizes.

Ideally, you improve the acoustics in a room with a combination of acoustic ceiling panels and acoustic wall panels. Wall panels are particularly effective in smaller and narrow spaces. For business, these acoustic panels are therefore often used in meeting rooms but also directly behind workplaces to counteract annoying reverberation.

Making your own acoustic panels as wall coverings is possible with acoustic material. Keep in mind that acoustic material cannot be placed behind every fabric, cloth, or artwork. It is important that the front of the panel allows sound to pass through. With a painted or printed canvas, very tightly woven fabrics and glass, none of this is the case.

Not only for convenience and aesthetics, but also for reliable acoustic results, we recommend a wall solution. Making an acoustic panel yourself is often less efficient and effective than you think.

    FAQ

What is the effect of acoustic wall panels on the acoustics?

Acoustic wall panels improve the acoustics by reducing reverberation and echoes in a space. They absorb sound waves, making speech more intelligible and the noise level more comfortable. This is especially effective in rooms with hard materials such as concrete, glass, or wood.

What types of acoustic wall panels are there?

There are different types of wall panels, from sleek design panels to functional absorbers. You can choose from various materials such as felt, wood, foam or fabric. There are also panels that, in addition to acoustics, contribute to the appearance of the space, for example with an image of your choice.

Are acoustic wall panels easy to install?

Yes, most acoustic wall panels are easy to install. Depending on the type of panel and the surface, you can choose to mount with screws, glue, or a hanging system. We have guides on our website explaining how to best attach the product.

Where is the best place to install acoustic wall panels?

Ideally, you place acoustic wall panels where sound reflects, such as opposite windows, near conference tables or close to sound sources. Wall panels at ear level often have the greatest effect. The optimal placement depends on the room and its usage.
