Extreme Tack mounting adhesive is the perfect solution for bonding various acoustic materials. Whether mineral wool, polyester wool, melamine foam or other acoustic foams, this adhesive offers strong adhesion to virtually all substrates, such as concrete, wood, plaster and masonry. The adhesive is packaged in a practical 310 ml tube and is therefore easy to use immediately - without any waiting time. Thanks to its excellent initial adhesion, the material stays in place immediately.

Adhesive strength
The Extreme Tack assembly adhesive is suitable for bonding acoustic materials on various surfaces. This product is immediately ready for use and has an excellent adhesion of more than 20 g/cm2.
Packaging
The assembly adhesive is packaged in a 310 ml tube suitable for use with a standard sealing gun.
Processing
General
The substrate must be dust- and residue-free (free of protective coatings and grit), dry and level. In addition, the substrate must be strain-resistant and free of cracks. So first, in preparation, start by vacuuming and making (keeping) the substrate dry. Cut the tip of the tube at an angle and place it in a standard caulking gun. Apply the adhesive in uniform beads to the material to be bonded or directly to the substrate. We recommend a layer thickness of approx. 2-3 mm. As the adhesive bonds quickly, stamping is not necessary.
Use of EASYpol polyester wool
For a board with a density of 20 kg/m³, the average consumption is 0.5 kg per m². This means that a 310 ml tube is sufficient for bonding around 1.5 boards in 120 x 100 cm format. For boards with a higher density, e.g. 40 kg/m³, the consumption is higher, on average 0.8 kg per m². In this case, calculate with one tube per 120 x 100 cm board. Please note that the quantity may be higher or lower depending on the substrate.
Pyracoustic Melamine Foam
Pyracoustic Melamine foam is usually self-adhesive with EASY Noise Control. Should you have a variant without self-adhesive, the consumption for the different variants is between 0.35 and 0.5 kg per m2.
Use of EASYmass sound-insulating board
When gluing EASYmass to the floor, consumption is approx. 1 to 1.25 kg per m2. For vertical or horizontal installation, you should also mechanically fasten EASYmass.
Use Ecosorb (Metisse)
For this sheet work, you can use 0.8 kg per m2 on average.
Other
For other materials, please contact us. For EASY Ceiling Panel Direct or other ceiling panels consisting of glass or rock wool, we recommend high-tack mounting kit.
Storage and transport instruction
Do not transport or store at temperatures below freezing. Maximum storage period 12 months.

EASY, clear and transparent
Acoustics is the science of sound. A good solution to reverberation often requires on-site acoustic measurement by an acoustic specialist.
An acoustic specialist comes to your premises. Using special measuring equipment, we investigate whether there are poor acoustics.
On the basis of this measurement, you will receive advice directly on site. With EASY Noise Control, you are assured of good acoustics.
